Synopsis: A few unruly mice she swallowed as punishment are continuing their riot in her tummy, pushing and struggling about violently, giving poor Sarina a bad stomachache. As she sits against the wall (facing the viewer) to ease her stomach, her more faithful subjects try to please her with fanning, foot massages and offering water, none of which seem to be helping to calm the rebellion going on in her tummy.
